1. These Terms of Use govern access to and use of this website (the “Site”) by Gonzalo Flores (GF Arbitration). By accessing or using the Site, you hereby acknowledge — and agree — that you have read and accepted the terms, conditions, notices, and understandings below and in the Privacy Notice.
2. The content of this Site — including biographical information, publications, speaking engagements, and case or institutional references — is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal advice, an opinion on any specific matter, or a recommendation as to any course of action, and should not be relied upon as such. Anyone requiring advice on a particular matter should seek independent professional counsel.
3. Use of the Site, or the submission of an enquiry through the Site, by email, telephone or otherwise, does not create any form of client, professional or fiduciary relationship between Gonzalo Flores and the sender. No such relationship arises unless and until expressly agreed in writing, following any required conflicts and independence review.
4. The Site is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute a solicitation of appointment as arbitrator, mediator, expert or counsel in any proceeding. References to prior cases, institutions, publications or speaking engagements describe past experience only and do not guarantee availability, acceptance of any future appointment, or any particular outcome. Any appointment as arbitrator is subject to the applicable institutional rules, the parties’ agreement, and confirmation of independence, impartiality and absence of conflicts under the applicable rules.

While reasonable care is taken to keep the information on the Site accurate and up to date, no representation or warranty, express or implied, is made as to the accuracy, completeness or currency of any information on the Site, including biographical details, case counts, publication lists or speaking engagement records. Information may be updated or corrected without notice.

9. Gonzalo Flores is admitted to practice law in Chile. He is not admitted to practice law in Virginia, the District of Columbia, or any other U.S. jurisdiction. Services offered through this Site are limited to arbitrator, mediator and related neutral functions in international dispute resolution, and do not constitute the practice of law in any U.S. jurisdiction. Nothing on this Site should be understood as an offer to provide advice on the law of Virginia, the District of Columbia, or any other U.S. jurisdiction.
